Well if your parents won't give you money the next best thing would be getting a job or some such. A paper run, or doing some yard work for a neighbour for some cash. Save up and get it that way, rather then getting it free by license transfer and stealing from Bethesda. License transfer was brought out with the intention of letting those who had to buy a new console, for whatever reason, transfer their paid for stuff to their new console rather then buying it all again.
