YEP. I said it.
Jay-z is arguably better than Tupac.
I believe that Jay-z is the best rapper as he raps about actual events along with real things such as Tupac did. ALTHOUGH, Jay-z has more songs about such things because he lived longer which theatrically speaking means Jay-z is better.

debatable, its an opinion im not going to say that your opinion is wrong because its not. But Jay-Z is from a different time than Tupac for the time Tupac rapped about different topics, while Jay-Z had a prime time and is now in my opinion falling off. He is getting worse and worse. His prime time is over im sorry to say it. Jay-Z is more of a feature artist form me his own songs I do not really like anymore but when he is featured in someone's song he usually kills it. I do not know I personally do not like either of them now I do appreciate both in the rap community but my favorite rapper will always be snoop dogg or slick rick.
