Does anyone know if there still is a way or a glitch to reset your stats on MW3 without a prestige token?

If your 20th just prestige again and you will get a prestige token to reset your stats but if your not 20th yet than you cant.

it could be done with the old token glitch using splittscreen but they patched it so if there is another glitch using splittscreen then it could be done i think
