Basiclly i have an RGH 2 Jasper BB 512mb at the moment with files and everything.. but the issue is that it takes up to 20mins or more to boot.. sometimes less sometimes more.. (you know the drill) so what i was thinking was, was to ditch the RGH2 chip and by an R-JTAG kit depending on what the cost is.. because i know that i could make a smaller profit from it AND it would be easier to sell, as it wont take 20mins to boot up!.. LOL!!! so yer..

Any advice guys???

20 mins? Did you not use any cap/resistor combos or better wire routing? R-JTAG starter kit is 34.95 and Ultimate kit (includes Jr Programmer) is 54.95..
