I have the newest dashlaunch and only have one plugin which at the moment is the xdbm.xex .
A friend of mine is telling me that in order to have some RTC working I need to have also the RPC.xex and the XRPC.xex as plugins. As of now I am able to use tools fine with no issues. So for those who do use tools for MW3 which is true and which is false.
1) XRPC , XDBM , AND RPC
2 Just XDMB (My current plugin)
Help me settle this dispute with your current knowledge.

I'd recommend using XRPC alongside xbdm.xex. The majority or new tools that people create are XRPC.

Agreeing with Cent, just to explain a little bit.
You only need XRPC.xex and xbdm.xex.
xbdm.xex is used for Xbox 360 Neighborhood with the SDK for Xbox 360, use Neighborhood to set your jtag as default console.
The reason we do that is to connect to the program.
The reason for the XRPC.xex is so you can use the XRPC program and the Xbox will actually know what to do.
