I can currently play Skyrim and GTA 4 but its not the best. Im also not that great at knowing of PC's. I can change anything i need to if so as well. My budget is around $200 -$250 for graphic card

i would go for amd over nvidia at this price range and i would recommend the 7870 for example the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] as you can also overclock this card to reach up to stock speeds of the 7950

^ What he said. The 7870 is awesome, and if you get the tahiti LE version, you can get outstanding performance

What CPU and motherboard do you have?

Can't recommend a graphics card without knowing.

yeh as if you get 7870 you will need a medium to goodish mobo and cpu so that youre gpu isnt bottlenecking cos otherwise its pointless in spending all that money

Dont know if this will help. But I have 3.20GHz, no idea about the motherboard.

well until you really figure that out i cant 100 percent recommend a gpu ... however still the 7870 would still be your best shot , or depending on how old your build is maybe if youve got the money or a birthday or something coming up you could look to make a new rig and incorperate the 7870 into that
