I have looked on xbox's DRM and web page about license transfer and don't find anything about getting banned for 'exploiting it'. I've heard yes and no and would like to hear from you guys.

No you won't Licence transfer is supposed to be there for doing it with friends, but only several times a year

I licence transfered some DLC a while back and as long as you don't exchange your account information over Xbox-Live, then you can do it..

I haven't been banned for it?

The point of it is to license transfer your content over to a new console.

It's against the Code of Conduct but you won't get banned for it. There is a SLIGHT chance that you will, but you won't.

Nah, the point of a licence transfer is to move downloaded content to 'your' other xbox console.. People just happen to trade stuff if they're friends.
