I think i know a method that bypasses, insert an usb stick into your xbox, create a profile on it, and try it from ur usb stick, why this should work... ur usb stick isnt fully updated like your harddrive

Nvm done sone research, the MHF doesnt work for an hour for the most ppl, time in japan right now = 17 april 2013, 11:48:27 wich will be around 10, As u see on the screen it saids 10:00~14:00, so its probably down for a while If its not coming on in these few hours, it will be 16:00 in japanese time,
