That is the universal question. If anyone knew the complete answer to that question they would be the richest person on earch.
Seriously though, the main way to know if she is into you is by eye contact. If she continues to look at you then there is a very good possibility that she likes you. If you notice her looking at you find a good opportunity to start a conversation with her. You don't have to start out with a hip or catchy pick up line, just start with "Hi" or "Hello".
