So my friend sent me a video he recorded with his hd pvr over skype. Once I recieved the whole video I watched a little bit of it and the only way I can think to describe it is it has clear stripes across the video. Here's some pics of it. (View in full screen)

It's just the raw video without any editing at all. Does anyone know whats wrong with the video?
