I was wondering if you could mod halo reach rank on usb flash and keep acc on the usb. could bungie or microsoft reset?

Yes because your info is on bungies server not your xbox. I think you can still add 1000cr a day though. Not sure im to cheap to buy diamond but others can clarify.
