I bought a jtag a while back and ive added a few games on to it but i want to know how to use gameover and other programs like that. Do i need to comnect it to my computer? How?

Well yes you need to connect it to computer. You have to download xbdm.xex and set it as a plugin on dashlauch. Then download 360 neighborhood from pirate bay .com
Remove spaces.
Then look up a tutorial on how to use and connect it to jtag
