The map is a prequel of sorts. The map entirely takes place before Der Riese, and the things that happened in Der Riese (Richtofen sending Maxis and Samantha into the Aether), so this map really is a prequel. There are thousands of reasons why he could be saying Nikolai. It may have to do with how they are trapped in a loop in the past, but we know for a fact that this is in fact a prequel. But the source in charge is placing future ideas and future items into the minds of our characters. For example, the perks that flash; why do you think they flash? They are being transported through time by the source in power (Obviously Satan) to the characters to help them complete their quest.

Could you update the thread with all 3 locations of the buildable items? It seems whenever I play the items never spawn at the locations you cover. So I'm assuming that all items have 3 locations. Thanks

Something you may or may not want to add to your thread. The Hells Redeemer is a one hit kill up to 150+. That's as far as I've seen someone to with it and it was still a one hit kill at round 150.
There is also a way for all 4 players to get it as well.
Have all 4 players get 30 kills or more at the GG bridge at the same time. Then all players have to throw their tomahawk in the hell pit at the same time. And then all players HAVE to be in purgatory mode at the same time when the tomahawk location is lite up blue. All 4 players grab it in the same purgatory mode and all 4 players have it. If 1 player gets it before the others do then you won't be able to get it anymore. That is crucial.
