I think I may be posting this in the wrong forum but i need help either way...

So my Iphone 4S was working fine just normal as its jailbroken... until i saw a tweak i thought was cool...
So i downloaded it... But to my misfortune, it apparently didnt download correctly... But either way asked me to respring... so i did... But now the phone is stuck on the apple logo for about a min or 2... if i dont mess with it, it shows the loop thing lol... but then stops again for another min until it keeps trying to reboot but cant i guess...

Any one have any ideas? i already tried holding volume up... nothing happened... tried restoreing my device... either get error 3194, 21, or 1611...

If it helps to know... im on version 5.0.1 still

Hold the volume up button while booting. This should disable all tweaks, then remove said tweak.

When turning on hold up on the volume button it disables all tweaks and you can take that tweak off

Hold volume up as soon as the device switches off so before it is actually turning back on.
