Using a hair dryer worked for my mums phone, also leave the phone in rice for 24 hours, your phone may lose some key features like my mums phone lost sound but it still worked fine.

Don't you hate when you dangle your phone recklessly above a bucket of water, and it somehow falls?!

Don't turn it on for a while, sadly with an iPhone it's harder to dry out the inside. Just let it sit for a while, get a hair dryer and blow the hot air on it and dry it.

If it was only for a second rice should definitely work. It's never going to be perfect again though.

No, not that I know of. That's the only solution I can think of.

Put the phone into rice for 24 hours. If that doesn't work then open the phone up and use the blow drier on it. Ps don't turn it ON!

Consider it a sign: get an Android. Jk

In all seriousness, putting it in a bowl of rice for a few days is good enough.

hold it up so the water can drain in the bag of rice lean it on a wall or something, and pray that it will be working in a few hours
