I was in an online game and this one guy had a shield with 100% chance to absorb bullets. He said it wasn't a modded shield and he made it. He had it in his backpack the whole so for sire it wasnt modded. But if anybody knows what shield it or how to make it or if you can dupe it for me, please comment or message me on Xbox. My gamertag is aJewishMonkeyx. If anybody can get this for me or any info about it, I'll reward you with either guns, level 50 for any character, or black weapon drop.
