As rumors say the Xbox 720 and PS4 both have PC like structures, do you think it will be easier to JTAG/RGH equivalent hack it? Are there people dedicated to hacking it day 1 of release?

People will try to hack it straight away. But Microsoft will fix it asap. I think they get hackers to test the system before release. Im not sure if ill get it on the first day in case they have any bugs/problems like the 360 had with red ring.

There were rumours I think of Microsoft employing hackers and modders apparently. They could be using them to play around with the console and make it harder to crack?

Not exactly. They're just doing something that they would usually do for free.

Yep i saw the job post from Microsoft. They didn't say "we need hackers to safety proof our system". They were wanting to employ certain types of coders for security.

There have been more security measures being put into play. Microsoft have hired more folks into the system, to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The first thing that will become popular is rehash and resigning on the new console. This is how "Modding" started on the 360, and it developed from there. It might be called something else on the new console, but we will jsut have to see.
