Whats The easiest way to get a partnership im trying to find one ive had a few in the past but they didnt really help me out maybe you could with some knowledge.

Make tutorials, and a good title with key words in the description.
Example: (Title) Black ops 2: How to rank up FAST in zombies
(Description) How to rank up FAST in Black ops 2 zombies
That's what i did and my tutorial BLEW up to 2,000 veiws the first week! it now has 9,800 (:
