reports from ign say is gunna be 80 or 160 msp +_+ which if it is then wow season pass = not full season pass ...

It's Not associated with the Season Pass. Season Pass contains All DLC. These Camo's and Such are being sold on the games Microstore. They don't affect the game just enhance appearance. If they required an update to obtain, It'd be covered in the Season pass.

Edit: It's also Suppose to be more than Camo's. It's said to be: Camo's, Title's, Emblem Pieces, Screenshot space, and Theater Space.
