I was planning on giving in to capitalism and purchasing something for TF2 through valve.
Valve only takes $5 payments to put into your "valve wallet". Basically, your money $5, becomes $5 that can be spent on anything in the store.
I checked my paypal, and discovered I only just didn't have enough.
