Starting point is before the character customizing screen so you can still create your own character.

Its a modded save but not godlike or anything like that. I have included weapons, armor items etc including all 3 DLC. Only problem was i wasn't able to get the shouts from the Dragonborn DLC seen as it hasn't been released yet as a console command or a bat file.

For this save to work your console must be up to date with its updates. What this save has is:
