Well you know how scientists believe the universe is expanding (which i believe as well) well what is the universe expanding into? I personally don't know how to answer this maybe one of you could explain this to me

Nothing. There is no edge moving outward. Space is simply expanding.

This is what we don't know, more of what there already is? Stars, planets, ect.

Not necessarily. Infinite does not mean "never ending". The definition of infinite is "a number beyond your ability to measure".
