Is there any program that I can still get trophies and play on veteran but can have stuff like super jump and aimbot?

A decent save will get you those just copy the GPAD0_SP.PRF into your save folder from someone that already has 69 stars.
You even have to resign it.
Failing that pm me as I have instant unlock all Mw2 trophies single player patch.

I don't know of any unlock all trophies mods, but you can get a spec ops and campaign mod menu.

Look up on YouTube on how to do it.
