Its called Banshee Farming.

Here is a link of a video on my file share on how to do it.

Start at Rally point Alpha, get up to the Corvette, blast an engine, fly underneath, and shoot as many banshees as you can.
Then just revert to last save and so on.
If you don't understand then download the tut off my file share. Its so much easier.
