Hello There Summoners I'm Jungle Soraka And Heres My Akali Guide
BUILD
Start with boots 3
Immediately after get a Hextech Revolver
Next up grab your giants belt and after you grab Mercury Treads / Sorcerers Shoes you want to finish you Rylai's Crystal Scepter
After that you want to buy a Rabadons Deathcap
Next up get alacrity boots
Soon after that you want to get a Lich Bane
Finally you want to get a Hextech Gunblade

RUNES
Grab flat AD Marks
Take 4 Flat MR Seals and 5 armor seals
Grab flat AP Glyphs
Take 2 Flat AP Purples and 1 AD purple


MASTERIES
Take 1 point in Summoner's Wrath
Take 4 points in Sorcery
Take 4 points in Blast
Take 3 points into Havoc
Take a point into Arcane Knowledge
Take 2 points into Brute Force
Take a point into Spellsword
Take 4 points into Archmage
And take a point in Executioner
Take 4 points in Durability
Take a point into Perservance
Take 3 points into Hardiness
Take a point into Veteran's Scars

Runes are items you buy in the store. However these are tier 3 runes that are unlocked at level 20. Mastries are points you can take in your profile. The build is the things you buy while playing.
