The speed of which the adapter is picking the wifi up is so inconsistent.
For example, one minute it will be fine, downloading at a speed of 33Mbps on speedtest, YouTube videos will load in seconds, it's all good. The next, there will be a horrific drop in speed, with it now downloading at 1Mbps. I know it is not my broadband, as the speed on my other computer is fine. Also, my upload speed is unaffected.
I have tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers (doesn't work)
- Resetting my broadband router ( which works, for a while, but all too soon it happens again)
What could be the problem?

Anyone...? I'm honestly starting to believe there is no solution to this, I contacted TP-LINK but they haven't replied yet. How long do they usually take?
