You are required to own an original copy of the game title you are inquiring to purchase. The copies are strictly for backup of games which you currently own to protect from damage. These duplications are allowed under the Section 117 of the U.S. Copyright Law, and you are entitled to this service by law. If you sell your original software, you will have 24 hours to destroy the backup of that title.

yeah he doesnt even have to really have it,
for example i have a flashed console. instead of me making burnt disks i just buy them and i bought them from someone and he was allowed to sell because i said i had the original copies but i don't.
