I really would love to jailbreak my iPhone but am really concerned that it will shorten my battery life or make it run slow. What's your guy's thoughts and opinions? Note: I've had a jailbroken iPod before and it was laggy at points and only had about a 45 min. battery life.

I would. I did my 4S and the battery life (i think) has actually gone up. Usually I get home from school with about 30-40% and today I ended with 65%. Could just be luck. But, either way it shouldnt decrease your battery life at all. And also shouldnt slow it down. As long as you keep all your packages clean and up to date.

It has no physical affect (battery life) I'm fairly certain.

JB will not affect battery unless you install a lot of apps or tweaks that can't be disabled. Some tweaks actually save battery by lowering the fps or cpu load.

Well, i hope not. Considering "physical" effect would be the actual looks of the batter. Lol

The battery is a physical thing, not like an icon. If that changed it would be a physical change.

Other than potential copyright troubles, nothing should happen.
