I can't find a good bench for the 660 Ti, but expect above 60 FPS pretty constant. The 560 runs Arma II very well and you should be able to play it with similar framerates but slightly lowered settings.

What is your current GPU, ArmA II is very CPU hungry and that would most likely be your best upgrade

I mostly play mods on ARMA II such as Wasteland and what not, on maxed settings I get around 40 fps average with action and all going on.

My GPU: EVGA GTX 680
CPU: Inetl I5 2500k (4.5 OC)

ARMA II is not very well optimized so don't expect amazing frames because this games optimization is just not up to par.
