I got winter board and it was easy and fast. but now trying to download anything else it just loads and loads and loads. im not sure if this is something with my phone or a common problem

since the jailbreak is new, everyone who jailbroke their phones is on cydia right about now so all the servers are jacked. give it a few hours and the downloads should finish.
