Ok look, When you host online with your RGH/Jtag after a while your KeyVault (KV) will get banned, Microsoft does NOT ban through IPs, they use KeyVaults to give identities to Xbox360 consoles. The only thing that will get banned is your KeyVault on your Jtag/RGH, and NOTHING ELSE, you can also always replace the KV to 'Unban' the console. Basically I'm saying just the KV in the modified console will get banned, nothing else.
