I know this is going to erupt into a flame war overnight while I'm asleep, so sorry, but I had to make this post.
I am all about legalization of gay marriage. I am not gay, and I was born into a Christian family, but do not believe in some of the stuff I was taught anymore. I am 14 years old, and do not use the word gay as an insult, and find f:aggot to be like calling someone a n*****. Just because someone is different, it does not mean you have to hate on them. It just means that you need to feel better about yourself. This discrimination is like the discrimination against blacks when you think about it. They are publicly shunned. They are banned rights in some states. Sound familiar?
The bible says it is wrong? Well, if you believe so much that they are going to hell, let them go their. You don't want them corrupting your "heaven". It isn't even any of your business. It isn't like they are going to be making out in public, butt **** each other. Don't want your kids seeing it? Child Blocks.
God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve? Well maybe I don't believe in creationism and that everyone is equal and should be given the same rights, and I guess you think I'm wrong. Well, you're the reason for many wars. Just because you believe your religion is the right one, doesn't mean it is. Everyone's own religion is the right one. What you believe is what you believe. It is all opinion. So, even if you don't approve, that is your opinion. Just because you don't approve of something, doesn't mean it is the right thing. The world doesn't revolve around you. Other people love other people. Just because they aren't opposite sexes, doesn't mean they can't love.
Another thing, doesn't the bible teach love, not hate?

Honestly, I don't care if someones gay, bi or straight, as long as they do what makes them happy. I don't see why people have to hate someone because they like the same sex. It's like a console war, but in real life. It's pointless.

Think of it in a biological stand-point, it is absurd for human survival. That is why they are shunned because that is just how humans or any other animal thinks of it. Homosexuality is really a disability if you think of it, not trying to be mean just being human. They also dont need your pity so grow up man.

Quite honestly, screw what your religion thinks is right. You be your own man. I myself, have nothing against gays. Only issue I have really is 'flashiness'. What I mean by this are basically the ones that smother you with the "I'm gay, get over it." thing. Hell, that's an issue in society in all. Not just gays.

Im not against it if they keep it to themselves and there not like "HEEEEY RICKAAY WANNASUCK SOME MAN D*CK" and stuff like that like not be all flamboyant about it.

This post, I like. I myself am bi, I've dated men and women. I can say I prefer men (Also, that would make me more straight, so before anyone decides to scream out FAYG, relax. Even though, that word is a compliment to me after hearing it so much.), again, that is my preference. No one else's. I don't tell anyone how to live their life, don't tell me how to live mine. I'm also a Christian. I know right, an open minded Christian is almost unheard of nowadays. But it was how I was raised. My mother taught me to not judge anyone for their skin color, religion, sexual preference or anything of the sort. Sadly, that too is rare. There is too much hate in this world. I swear, the newer generation is becoming more and more hostile, it's sickening.

Pity? I only see this as support. Humans are having zero problems surviving, so that's really not a factor in today's society. Until the human race's number dwindles into the low millions or lower, then homosexuality should be no problem whatsoever. It's a natural and common thing. There is actually a pretty big list of animals that also have homosexual tendencies, so I'm not sure where people say it's not natural. Can the two reproduce? No, but that doesn't mean it's not natural.
