There is no proof. If treyarch hasn't released a method on how to rank up then what your saying is just a guess, but obviously u just copy everyone else's theory, and make your own post. Your KD is 219.36, them extra kills matter. if you hit 220 KD and don't have the shotguns post when you were last ranked up etc! Also try go for 230KD sometimes it's over.

I hit 233.16 kd. I have been ranked knife with skull since the first couple weeks of the game. Also just played a game to round 62, and still no shotties!

Im a Skull with 4 tallys and have 42842 kill and 466 downs which is a kd of 91 and btw i have so many downs because i done that perma quick revive for alot of my friends at the start of the game-.-

Just hit 5 tallies, over 100+ K/D, and still have a skull.

Kills: 46,427
Deaths: 453
K/D: 102.49
