I guess so but boost it up a little because that CPU isn't really great in other aspects. (I have no clue about AMD really I specialize in Intel but I'm going to go for AMD in my next build)

For the PSU, Seasonic is better than XFX.

Seasonic is the OEM for all XFX PSUs.

I'm aware of that but I always trust it better coming directly from Seasonic.

But you can't say it's better when it's the exact same thing. You also don't want to be misleading people by implying that they are at all different.

Good point I should say I trust it more but they are the same thing. Thanks for helping me out there.

You can just torrent the OS to save $150

My laptop im on right now won't even stay on for more then 20 mins.

So I can't burn windows 7

You can burn it to a disc and then set the bios to boot from disc. Just make sure you use ImgBurner to burn the iso or something of the type.

Okay so i'm going with everything he said.
I also need a keyboard and mouse for cheap. I'm going to hook it up to my tv (23 inch HD)

No.

The graphics card is going to be put in a slot on the motherboard. Watch the video before you buy so you know what you're getting into and returns are gonna be a pain if you need to since you ordered online.

EDIT: Sorry didn't realize you had intergrated graphics. You wont need to install a gpu it is built into the CPU. I told you that in a PM if you didn't read it all ready.

YES. The APU has integrated graphics, meaning that you have no need to insert a card in the board.
