So on source games, like counter-strike, TF2, garry's mod, I get probably around 60-70FPS
if I was to download for example.. Saints row the Third, or Skyrim, it wouldn't be the same FPS, right?

Probably not. I think it depends on how graphically intensive the game is.

depending on what ya GC looks like. Skyrim will surly make you graphics wiggout. Dont really know about SR3 but I know for a fact you MAY need to upgrade.
