If you really do have a Profit YouTube Partnership then either:
1) You have a Good Friend with a Partnership Network
OR
2) YouTube have lost it...They are giving out too many partnerships and its losing its worth O_O

The only close explanation I have been able to get is that I have had those two videos monetized successfully with zero marks against my account. I am planning on uploading a new video series here soon anyways so this partnership could not of came at a better time. I believe I don't have only one feature and that is the custom banner.

This isn't a partnership - it's monetization. That's all it is. Not a real partnership with banner and scheduled uploader etc.

I have access to the scheduled uploader, custom thumbnails, unlimited video uploads, unlimited video length, ability to link to outside websites. The only thing I do not have is the banner which stated on the partner forums is not given to everyone off the bat.
