Ok so all you have to do is:
1: sign in on your higher level account on controller 2
2: on your 1st controller go to options then switch the sign ins so the higher level is controller 1 then sign in
3: sign out of the higher level then you should have done it. make sure you go into a custom games and kill yourself for it to stick
