Well the second one definitely not.
Intel intergrated graphics will get you about 12FPS.

Not sure about the first one but they are both on-board GPU systems so I don't think neither will be much use.

Neither. They're both terrible laptops for the price. For $400, you could get a much better laptop such as a AMD A6 (Trinity). I would try and look at an AMD A6 or better, because those will run Minecraft and LoL decently. Intel might also do the job, but not nearly as well. AMD has much better graphics than Intel, and you'll be able to run Minecraft great. Also, don't get Acer, I've heard some pretty horrible things about the build quality on them, especially their lower-priced models.

So, if you have to get Intel, try and get their third gen Core i3 or Core i5 processors (i3-3XXXM or i5-3XXXM). Don't go any lower than that if you have to go Intel.
