Answered a few times in this thread, basically I was inactive due to personal reasons, so it is understandable that I was no longer suitable for the position.

Not relevant to the thread, but I guess I did say anything lol.
It supports the site, you get certain special features including a signature, banner, gold member forums, etc.
I would say it is worth it if you frequently browse the forums.

Who knows, that isn't my place to say, I'm sure plenty of things have changed and the site may not necessarily need more staff, but maybe somewhere down the track.

Just going to treat these as one question because they are so similar;
I was basically asked by an admin if I would like to after seeing that I was an active member of the community. Not much more to add to that, I don't remember doing anything special to get noticed.
