i went and bought a green dot moneypak and when i whas puting it on paypal i hit REFUND and it said i will be refunded in 7-10 bissnes days how can i stop it and add the money to my account if u no tell me

What I would recommend you do is to just call Paypal, and explain what happened, and they should understand and correct everything for you!
