The myans never included leap years so the world was supposed to end last year. So relax its bullshit. But theres this other thing...

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] but i don't know if its true or not but if it is all you need is a blanket and a fat jacket (winter gear) and keeping calm get your family to get together so theres more body going around. I don't know if its true but the world isn't going to end and thats for sure.

Ok, NASA is technically not a reliable source since they have the right to lie to you and to classify anything they want. Not saying they did that on this, but just saying. The Mayan's made the calendar they way they wanted to. There was no "ran out of room" or "didn't include leap years." Leap years is something we created for our mistake. The Mayan calendar runs off of 144,000 days, not by single years like ours does. They didn't say years were 365 or 365.25 days. It's calcutaled by Baktuns, which is 144,000 days. They were masters of time. The calendar also restarts when it completes, so it ending is no big deal. The world isn't going to end, but it's not because NASA said and Mayans ran out of room or didn't count leap years. Mayans never predicted the end and NASA can't exactly be trusted unless you work for them.
