This problem was resolved, thank you all for the replies and they were all appreciated.

End result: I requested a refund and spoke directly over email with the seller, who then seemed to cease responding when I asked for a refund. I opened up a dispute within the resolution center over Paypal to request one, still no reply. I had to inform their 24/7 live support staff who told me that within 24 hours I will have a refund.

Their word was kept when I logged on the following morning to find that the refund had been made.

My friend then successfully purchased the same amount from them, without having this questioned, except he had added their skype account.

I'm not sure what caused this, maybe because I didn't have their contact over skype, who does reply quite fast, or maybe it was just a one off.

Overall, after seeing my friend show me him purchasing again, I have found their safe. The Chinese lady is also hysterical to talk to, even had a conversation with the girl. RSWalmart is legit and safe, although if any encounter what I did, I would recommend appealing for a refund and retrying.
