I just tested this and it works GREAT. Even after I was getting 50cR instead of 150cR , it only took me 8 minutes to get 5000.

Only one problem, I've done it so much I'm only getting 12 cR for a Killionaire, is there anyway to make it reset and go back to 150cR? Turning off and on your Xbox doesn't work

You can still do it for the commendations though as you can get lots of XP, but once you hit Gold and Onyx it starts to take a while.
