Just watched a seminar by Neil DeGrasse Tyson, highly recommend it, and this was one of my favorite quotes
"Heres a statistic for all of you... "80% of survivors of all airplane crashes studied where the exit doors are located"... You say to yourself then say "Im gonna study where the exit doors are!" but then if you actually think about it for even a second, What if we rewrote that statistic as "100% of all people who died on plane crashes studied where the exit is located", You would never know... BECAUSE THEY'RE DEAD!"
