Okay so someone has hacked my account...his gamertag is ryan merenda... he got my email and password somehow and now he keeps signing in as me and he changed my gtag to supremecy00 and its starting to get annoying plz if there is a way you can help me out by like frying his router or something that messes with his xbox or internet so that i dont have this problem i would be greatly appreciated. Im affraid that he will go to a further extent and begin to buy stuff with my credit card that i dont need. Please help me and reply to this forum or pm thank you!

contact xbox they will shut down the account, you'll still have to get a new account.

The longer you wait the more money he's probably charging on your credit card.
Did you give out your email and password to someone for a recovery service? This is what happens when you think you can trust random kids on Xbox.
Trust me a new account is allot cheaper than allowing this guy to charge whatever he wants on your credit card.

Hey guys i just wanted to say thanks to u guys for the help i just got off the phone with the nice lady and i will be able to keep my account, but they will lock it and get rid of any changes made to it so he will not be able to screw with me anyore. I still got my account without having to pay another 12 years!
