Lets clear a few things up. One, its called the Thermodyme Aeronautical Model 23 or TAM23 for short. You don't exactly unlock it. You collect parts on around the map on Tranzit. You put all these parts together in the bar in Town.

To answer the question, yes, I have made the weapon. Quite fun to use.

if your talking about the tam 23 or jet gun then i have and it SUCKS
