I do not take credit for this one, but someone has confirmed it has worked, which got me thinking, maybe you have to earn these in just one game, not several games.

My theory on how to unlock speed cola - Fire 10,000 bullets in a game? (This would be quite hard to test)
My theory on how to unlock tomb stone - Die a certain amount of times in a game (I probably would assume somewhere between 5 all the way to 20)

This is all the theory's I have so far, I will update the topic when I have looked around forums for more infomation.
