This isn't true! They will activate 2xp when both the Americans and British are on... So at 10am in America! You have to realise that activision and trey arch are in America and won't have went to there jobs yet

This is false...and if this was the case then why have you not entered your code and began your double xp? The double XP will begin at 10:00AM PST like it always has and the same time DLC's are released always..
