in the DCL or DLC w/e its called, there's new challenges I here and so you probably need to do these as well

Its only says "Unconfirmed" on that website. I am currently working on that emblem. Its the only one i have left and i just have a few more weapon attachment challenges to finish before its 100% completed. I'll update you guys once i have everything done and i'll let you know if it works or not.

you need to complete the prestige challenges at 1st prestiges and then again at 2nd and then 3rd prestige and so on till you reach tenth prestige and complete them on tenth prestige!

Some ppl are dumb it not the f:idea:g prestige challenges like RTW_TaTiiKzZ said u probaly get it with the new DLC or work for IW

Obviously there isn't anything more to be done with Multiplayer gameplay to unlock the emblem but maybe complete the Spec Ops missions all under the recommended time? I doubt anyone has done them all under par but if there is feedback would be nice just to clear that thought!

did you complete all hidden challenges? if not/you dont know what they are, look em up.

Maybe they'll release it in DLC?

Uh... ok... not possible. Once you complete a prestige challenge, it stays completed even after moving on to your next prestige. Prestige challenges are the only ones that don't reset.
