Finally something needs to be done about this. Im tired of people getting moabs and the host wants to dashboard or when they don't like their stats they quit game or dashboard

But say if someones power goes our or internet goes off, what will happen to them?

the game reads dashing aas a DC, they cant tell the difference between dashing and internet going out. they wont punish people that have bad internet

How is it encouraging people to dashboard? If you do, you will get probation enough said, do it to many times and you wont be able to play for up to 4 hours

It's only 5 minutes if the power or internet goes off it should take about 5 minutes to come back on so you won't even really be waiting.
